Probiotics are friendly bacteria for better digestive health. This probiotic supplement helps improve lactose tolerance, digestion and elimination (diarrhea or constipation). Probiotics maintain the health of the large intestine, promote regular bowel movements and protect from yeast and bacteria. FOS (fructooligosaccharides) are natural sugars that help the live bacteria to keep multiplying in the digestive tract.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains

6 billion active cells* of the following specially-cultured strains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-111)	50%	3.0 billion cfu
Lactobacillus casei (HA-108)	30%	1.8 billion cfu
Lactobacillus acidophilus (HA-122)	10%	0.6 billion cfu

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Recommended Dosage (adults):
3 capsules daily or as directed by a physician.
Children 1 year & older:
1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician. For younger children, open capsule and mix the contents with liquid or food.
Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
